Conceptual Description
A little bit bigger than usual and different in the way its painted, almost abstract (check the details I have included). The painting is called “Memento Mori”, latin phrase which means “Remember that you have to die”, so that you remember your mortality as a human being and transience of life. A concept which I find very interesting because it helps me to work important aspects of life such as everything related to the ego and virtues such a detachment. The skull is facing to the side and out of focus because death is a concept which escapes our comprehension.
